Possibly!! It’s hard bc draughtmanship is never in short supply in BD culture. Fabrice Tarrin does some Franquin studies as well that are pretty indistinguishable and I have to be careful… I’m glad someone pointed it out to me though.

ah jeez! That picture is really low resolution. Reverse-image searching reveals no clues and I’m not sure honestly. I tried looking up Franquin and Chaland’s handwriting samples but this image is honestly still too low quality… Well, I’m not particularly attached to having low resolution and jpeg-artifacty images on this blog so I can just remove it.
